Refund policy
We offer exchanges or refunds only in cases where an item is damaged, faulty, or an incorrect product has been sent. To be eligible, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and share clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the item must be sent back to us at the customer’s own expense. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange or refund will be processed accordingly.
Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind or general dissatisfaction.
Size exchanges may be offered, subject to availability.
